500g Laksa Noodles (Boil in water)
100g Bean Sprouts (blanched)
3 pieces fish cakes (cut into strips)
10 slices cucumber (cut into strips)
A handful Daun Kesum (sliced finely)
500g prawns (boiled)
1 packet Tau Pok
10 dried chillies
100g dried shrimps (soak in water)
2 stalks of lemongrass (crush)
Some daun kesum
Salt to taste
1 Box of Kara Coconut Milk
1. Heat oil. Blend all except lemongrass & daun kesum. Fry this ingredients until fragrant. Add in lemongrass.
2. Pour the coconut milk and let boil. Once start boiling, add in salt to taste and the fried tau pok. If gravy too thick, add some water to dilute it.
3. Serve all blanched ingredients and pour stock. Add some sambal belacan.
